Relevant Experience

The members of the group are native speakers of Spanish, but are all fluent in written and spoken English. Some of them have basic knowledge of other languages like German and Portuguese.

The group has been involved in Consulting Projects in Chile with foreign providers / contractors (France, Belgium, USA, Brazil, Korea, Italy, Slovakia, Germany, Norway), and has developed project also in other countries (USA, Australia, Algeria, Peru).

Most of the members of the group have graduate degrees in Civil / Earthquake Engineering and some have had extensive academic experience (research and graduate and undergraduate teaching) reflected in having published many technical and scientific articles in the structural and earthquake engineering fields. These publications include research reports and paper type contributions to national and international Journals, technical meetings, and Symposiums.
